Pedestrian Accident at Smoke Ranch Road and Rock Springs Drive, Victim Seriously Injured

A woman was seriously injured yesterday afternoon in an auto-pedestrian collision in the northwest valley, reported the Las Vegas Sun.

The accident happened at about 2:20 p.m. at the intersection of Smoke Ranch Road and Rock Springs Drive, near U.S. Highway 95. (map)

The woman who was struck was taken to University Medical Center with serious injuries.

The accident remains under investigation.
