Metro Police Car Crashed into Motorcyclist near West Washington Avenue and Interstate 15

Motorcycle rider injured in accident with police car
A police vehicle struck a motorcyclist on Friday afternoon in the valley, reported the Las Vegas Sun.

The collision occurred at about 2:15 p.m. near West Washington Avenue and Interstate 15 southbound. (map)

The extent of the motorcyclist’s injuries is unknown.

Car Crashed into Golden Nugget Hotel-Casino, Pedestrian Injured

Victim may have been Golden Nugget employee
A driver was arrested and at least one person injured Friday night in a DUI, pedestrian accident at a hotel in downtown Las Vegas , reported KTNV news.

According to police, a driver in a white car backed into a wall at the Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino. The driver was arrested after fleeing the scene and crashing into a nearby tree.

At least one pedestrian was injured in the incident and was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries. The victim may have been a Golden Nugget employee.
