Hit-and-Run Accident at Buffalo Drive and Spring Mountain Road, Two People Injured
Driver fled the scene after collision
At least two people suffered injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Thursday morning in the western part of the valley, reported FOX5 news.
Three vehicles were involved in the accident that occurred at about 6:57 a.m. at Buffalo Drive and Spring Mountain Road. (map)
A Jeep involved in the incident fled the scene and drove on Spring Mountain Road towards Durango Drive. The driver of the Jeep entered an apartment complex on Spring Mountain Road and left the vehicle on foot.
The person, whose identity has not been made known, later returned to the scene to request medical attention and was transported to Southern Hills Hospital for treatment. Police suspect the person appeared to be intoxicated.
